Great Britain

Provisional GB approval for applicable G8/G9 configurations.

On 2 October 2026, the Vehicle Certification Agency issued DOBO MOTORS LTD Provisional GB Type Approval p13*167/2013*00592*02 for applicable vehicle configurations corresponding to EU whole-vehicle type approval e13*167/2013*00592*02.

The provisional approval applies only in Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales) and only to the vehicle types and configurations described in the applicable approval documentation. It is subject to the conditions stated by the Vehicle Certification Agency and the continuing validity of the corresponding EU whole-vehicle type approval.

This is not comprehensive GB type approval and it does not apply in Northern Ireland. The VCA communication states that the provisional approval remains in force for two years from its issue date, unless cancelled or suspended, and subject to the applicable approval conditions. This statement does not confirm future continuing validity. Current validity and the applicable approved configuration must be confirmed before ordering or registration.

An approval reference does not mean that every variant, modification or use is permitted in every market. Final requirements depend on the destination and certified configuration.

Keep the evidence distinct

Type approval is not the same as internal testing.

Some product pages also describe manufacturer-reported durability validation. These internal figures are separate from statutory type-approval testing and are not presented as independent certification results.
